Bac Ninh authorities has just approved a project to restore and repair relics of Luy Lau ancient citadel and four pagodas and temples in Thuan Thanh district.
The project will be implemented from 2011 to 2024 with the total investment of 190 billion VND to be allocated from the local budget (50%) and the central state fund (50%).
Accordingly, the list of pagodas includes Phuc Nghiem temple (Ha Man commune), Thanh Dao temple, Phi Tuong pagoda and Lung Khe temple (Thanh Khuong commune) and Dan pagoda (Tri Qua commune).
The selected pagodas and temples will have facilities including the worshiping temples, gates and technical infrastructure systems upgraded, depending the current status of worshipping and supporting facilities.
The project aimed to preserve and promote historical, cultural and artistic values of relics in Bac Ninh province, contributing to improving the spiritual life of local people.
