Long Hung Caodai parish solemnly inaugurated its new oratory at a ceremony held in Ba Ria city, Ba Ria- Vung Tau province on April 17.
Attending the ceremony were Cardinal President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Council Thượng Tám Thanh and about 1,000 Caodai followers inside and outside the locality.
Local guests at the event included Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Đặng Văn Hải.
Long Huong Caodai parish was established in 1940 and built its worshipping facility in 1963. The original oratory was degraded after forty years of existence. The parish rebuilt its oratory in 2011 and its main worshipping temple has been completed in 2014.
