Attending the meeting were Superintendents, deacons and members of Churches and Congregations in the locality. Commissioned Pastor Nguyễn Văn Thắng of Ba Ria Church delivered a sermon to meeting participants.

In the same day, the Representative Board of churches briefed reports on religious affairs and remaining issues, and informed the working plan in coming time.
