The event taking place in Minh Duc oratory located in Tien Giang’s My Tho city was chaired by Bishop Head of the Church’s Representative Committee in the province Thượng Thêu Thanh and attended by Principal Archbishop Standing Deputy Head of the Ante-Creation Caodai Church’s Executive Committee Ngọc Phường Thanh and dignitaries and deacons from the management board of 23 parishes of the Caodai Church in the locality.

According to the meeting report, in the first months of 2019, the Caodai Church’s dignitaries and followers in Tien Giang province have also contributed more than VND 1.3 billion to social-charitable activities including free distribution 62,000 packets of traditional medicines and acupuncture to over 3,600 patients, supporting eye surgeons for 17 people, and presentation of gifts to people with disabilities in the locality, etc.
