A series of activities featuring the Mother Goddesses of the Three Realms worshipping practice will be held in Bac Ninh province’s Phuc Loc Linh temple on August 4.
The program organized by the Vietnam Union of UNESCO Associations in collaboration with Phuc Loc Linh temple will bring together representatives from the state management agencies on culture, researchers and a large number of practitioners of Mother Goddess worship from all over the country.
The program’s highlights will include a showcase introducing outstanding values of Mother Goddesses Worship and performances of Len Dong ritual.
In addition, a welcoming performance on Quan ho Bac Ninh folk songs will be held in the evening of August 3.
The event aims to honor values of the Mother Goddesses of the Three Realms Worshipping practice - an intangible cultural heritage of humanity recognized by UNESCO in 2016.
