The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the "Spring Colors in Every Region of the Nation" Festival 2023 at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism on February 11-12.

Acting President Võ Thị Ánh Xuân attended and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the Festival.
This year, over 200 people representing 26 ethnic minorities in 14 provinces and cities joint the festival.
The festival featured traditional activities of ethnic groups such as perform art shows praising the love for the Party and the country, Kate festival of Cham Brahmin in Ninh Thuan province, the launching ceremony for a New Year tree planting festival, spring festival of Thai ethnic group, and Xoe dance of the Thai ethnic group in Son La province which has just been added to the list of Intangible Cultural Heritages of Humanity by the United Nations' cultural agency UNESCO, etc.
