On April 25th 2014, Phu Cuong diocese solemnly held a ceremeny to inaugurate Phu Cuong cathedral in Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province.
Phu Cuong diocese in Southeast region consists Tay Ninh province, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc’s district of Loc Ninh anh Binh Long, and Cu Chi district of Ho Chi Minh city. Currently, the diocese has 119 priests, 63 religious priests, 6 deacons, 44 seminarians, 497 clergymen, 90 parishes with 8 vicariates and more than 100,000 followers.
