Attending in the event included Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự, Deputy Head of the Vietnam Evangelical Church (South), Pastor Siu Tum, Head of the ECVN’s chapter in the province and a large number of the church’s members in the locality.

During the ceremony, Pastor Siu Tum announced the decision of Gia Lai provincial authorities approving the establishment of Le Chi Evangelical Church, as well as handed over the decision of the ECVN appointing Pastor Phạm Văn Phúc as head of the Le Chi church.
