In last years the situation of politics and security in the world have many complicated changes. These changes have created disability and negative corollaries.
According to many researchers, the situation of politics and security in the world have had many changes because of many reasons. Among them there are some reasons related to Islam such as Jasmine revolutions are happing in Islamic countries in Western Africa and Middle East; the war on terror has been led by USA in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the death of terrorist Osama Bib laden.
Islam entered Vietnam in the 10th century but until the middle of the 13th century and early 14th century it was really recognized as religion. Islam in Vietnam has been practiced mostly by Cham ethnic minority people. A part of Muslims were indigenized to become new Islamic group. The old Islamic group and the new Islamic group have not any religious relation although they are in the same area.
