During a working visit in Ha Tinh province, Secretary of the Central Party’s Committee cum President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF)’s Central Committee Đỗ Văn Chiến paid on October 12 a visit to the province’s Huong Khe district.

Accompanying the Central VFF President included Vice Chairman of the Central Commission for Mass Mobilization Phạm Tất Thắng.
During the visit, the delegation met with Chut ethnic people in the district’s Rao Tre village.
As reported, Rao Tre village currently has 46 households with 156 people of Chut ethnic group including with 40 school-age children.
On the occasion, President Đỗ Văn Chiến presented 46 sets of support, each valued at 1.2 million VND each to Chut people, and handed over six charitable houses, each valued at 50 million VND to disadvantaged people in the district’s Huong Lien commune.
