The Department of Religious Studies under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) was formally established at a ceremony on April 24 in Hanoi city.
Attending the ceremony were large numbers of representatives from the central agencies and religious organizations, lectures and students of the USSH
The Department of Religious Studies established under a decision of the USSH has three training levels: bachelor, master and doctor degrees. It is tasked with training experts in religious studies at all levels, conducting theoretical and applied researches on religion, advising policies on religion and providing professional skills on the state management on belief and religion.
