Tien Giang province: Tan Hoi Dong Caodai parish inaugurates its Mother Buddha Worshipping Temple

A ceremony to inaugurates the Mother Buddha Worshipping Temple of Tan Hoi Dong Caodai parish in Chau Thanh district of Tien Giang province was solemnly held by its management board on March 16.
The ceremony was chaired by Priest Head of the Management Board Thái Đức Thanh, and attended by Cardinal President of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church’s Executive Council Thượng Tám Thanh, dignitaries from the Church’s Representative Committee and 29 Management Boards in Tien Giang province, and about 500 Caodai followers in the province.
Local guest at the ceremony included Deputy Head of the provincial Home Affairs Nguyễn Quốc Thắng and Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê.
It’s reported that the reconstruction of the Mother Buddha sanctuary was started in 2015, financed by fund raisings from donors and Caodai followers, and its reconstruction has been basically completed, except the decoration work.
