The thanksgiving and inauguration ceremony for a new chapel held at Binh An congregation

08/25/2014

On August 14th, 2914, the Protestant Binh An congregation (Bac Son district, Lang Son province) solemnly held a thanksgiving and inauguration ceremony for its new chapel. Attending the ceremony were Pastors representing of the Executive Committee of Vietnam Confederation of Evangelical Churches (Northern), evangelists and believers in locality.

Binh An congregation was established in 1978, with only two families. It now has 240 followers and most of them are Dao ethnic minorities.  For many years due to economic constraint, believers had worshipped God in a cramped temporary place of a private house. Now this congregation has a new spacious chapel as a place for worshipping and religious activities.
