“The loving home” inaugurated for a Catholic family in My Duc, Hanoi

On August 19, the Women Association of Hanoi Public Security in coordination with the Public Security and Women Board of My Duc district held a ceremony to inaugurate the “loving house” for the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh and his wife Phạm Thị Trực in Nghia village, Xuy Xa commune, My Duc district, Hanoi.

Attending the inaugurating ceremony were Lt. General Nguyễn Đức Chung, Chief of Hanoi Public Security; Colonel Ngô Hoài Thu, Chief of the Women Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, Mrs. Trần Phương Hoa, Vice-Director of Hanoi Women Association and representatives from the People’s Committee and Public Security of My Duc district.

Implementing the policy of the Party Commission and Leadership Board of Hanoi Public Security and the Vietnam Women Association, Women Association of Hanoi Public Security launched a fund raising and contributed some of this raised fund to build “the loving house” for the Catholic family of Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh and his wife Phạm Thị Trực in Nghia village, Xuy Xa commune, My Duc district, Hanoi.

Speaking at the inaugurating ceremony, Lt. General Nguyễn Đức Chung, Chief of Hanoi Public Security said the contribution to build loving houses by Hanoi Public Security is one of activities expressing debts of gratitude as well as humanity to families under the special care policy facing difficulties.

 Lt. General Nguyễn Đức Chung also urged local authorities to further pay due attention to families with difficulties, including Catholic families, and Mr Nguyễn Văn Chinh’s family in particular, as well as implement practical movements and programs for socio-economic, cultural development and security in the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh and his wife Phạm Thị Trực, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thượng expressed deep thanks to Hanoi Public Security and its Women Association, local authorities and people in the community for building a new and beautiful house for the family./.
