Attending the congress were dignitaries from the Upper Council, the Standing Committee and Representatives Boards in provinces and cities; representatives from the Department of Caodaist Affairs under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs, the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and Ben Tre province’s Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

 In accordance with the Charter and Regulations of the Ante-Creation Church, the Church organized the annual congress to review religious activities of the Standing Committee of the Church in a religious year and record aspirations and legitimate needs of followers for building the working plan for the next year.

In the 89^th year, the Ante-Creation Church recorded many positive activities contributing to improve the faith for Caodaist dignitaries and followers  of the Church including the strengthening of the Nine Spheres agency and Six Spheres agency in the Church; religious activities solemnly held in accordance with the Church’s guidance;  charity activities with 19 traditional medicine rooms, 6 free porridge kitchen in hospitals and relief activities with the total of 11 billion VND…building on results and changes in the past religious year, the Church adopted the working plan in 90^th religious year, including the organization of the Humanity Council General Congress (2015-2020), reconstruction Chau Minh oratory for hosting a conference among the Caodai Churches and organizations in 2016, ...

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Quân, Vice- Chairman of the Ben Tre province’s Committee for Religious Affairs highly praised good achievements of the Church in the past year and expected that the Standing Committee would organize successfully the general congress of the Church and encourage Caodaist followers to actively join in social economic movements, contributing to build the prosperous and civilized country./.
