The 7thCouncil of clergy of the Vietnam General Confederation of Evangelical Churches (Southern) will be organized on 26th and 28th of August, 2014 at Da LatProtestant church with the theme “Living with Right Purpose”
This Council of Clergy is expected to have 1,058 official delegates consisting of Pastors, Commissioned Pastors, preachers, and evangelists. In addition, there will be about 800 observers including Pastor's widow, Volunteer Evangelists.
The Council of Clergy will have programs such as the Preparatory meeting, spiritual refreshment conference, election and discussion with a total of 6 programs.
The opening of the Council of Clergywill be held on August 27th, 2014, and chaired by Pastor PhanVĩnhCự, Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Evangelical Churches (Southern). The closing ceremony will take place on August 28th, 2014 with the new chairman of the Council as the chairperson.
