Attending the presenting ceremony held in collaboration with the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) in the district were Vice Chairman of the district VFF board Lê Thanh Hải, Priest Head of the Caodai parish’s management board Thái Tước Thanh, and representatives from local authorities and some deacons of the parish.

Each presented set of essential supplies includes 10 kg of rice, one noodle box, one liter of cooking oil, one bottle of soy sauce and one box of medical mask, and the total support package is worth 35 million VND.

To ensure health safety during the Covid-19 epidemic outbreak, the parish has sent support supplies to 9 village centers in Ben Cau town and Loi Thuan commune for collection by disadvantaged locals.  

Loi Thuan Caodai parish in the border area of Tay Ninh province with Cambodia has currently 2,000 members.

In Ca Mau province, Cai Nuoc parish of Tay Ninh Caodai Church has presented 100 sets of necessities to local people facing difficulties due to Covid-19 pandemic, each set worth 210,000 VND containing 10 kg of rice, 10 packages of noodles, one bottle of cooking oil, one kg of sugar, etc.

Cai Nuoc parish is one of the newly established parishes of Caodaism in the province with over 4,000 members.

In Quang Nam province, Dai Loc parish under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church has handed over 210 packs of support supplies, worth 21 million VND in total, to people in the quarantine area in My Phuoc ward of Da Nang city’s Son Tra district.

Earlier in June and July, the Caodai parish sent 15 tons of fruits and vegetables in three stages to Tay Ninh city, District 4 and District 5 in Ho Chi Minh city for helping disadvantaged people in localities.
