The event taking place in Saigon oratory located in Ward 1, District 5, Ho Chi Minh city saw the presence of Bishop Thượng Sang Thanh, Chairman of the representative committee of Tay Ninh Caodai Church, members of the representatives committee, representatives from the municipal authorities and the management board from 27 Caodai parishes in the city.

During the ceremony, Bishop Thượng Sang Thanh presented the appointment decision to Priest Thượng Bình Thanh, Head of Ward 1 parish as the new vice chairman of the representative committee of Tay Ninh Caodai Church in the city.
