Religious committee and Catholic solidarity committee in Thai Nguyen sign coordination agreement

The committee for religious affairs and the Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics (CSVC) in the northern province of Thai Nguyen have held a meeting to sign a coordination agreement on religious affairs for the 2021-2022 period.
The signing ceremony saw the participation of representatives from the provincial religious committee and the provincial CSVC and concerning agencies.
The signed coordination program includes contents for disseminating state laws on belief and religion to local Catholics, encouraging local Catholics to proactively join in patriotic movements launched by local authorities, developing and replicating practical models responding local patriotic movements, promoting exchanges on Catholic practices and state administration on Catholic affairs in the province, facilitating congratulatory visits to Catholic dignitaries and lay people on occasion of Catholic important events, guiding preparation works for the 2nd general meeting of the provincial CSVC for the 2022-2027, etc.
