The ceremony was chaired by Pastor Nguyễn Thông, President of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Baptist Church (Southern) and attended by Pastor First Vice President  Nguyễn Võ Khánh Giám, dignitaries and Protestants from the provinces of Quang Ngai, Quang Tri, Quang Nam and Binh Dinh.

Local guests at the ceremony were Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Phạm Châu and local authorities’ representatives.

The Vietnam Baptist Church (Southern) was recognized by the State seven years ago, this is the first time the Church registered its dignitaries in the province with local authorities, including a pastor, a commissioned pastor, a female evangelist and three evangelists.
