Attending the conference were representatives from the People’s Committee at provincial, district and commune levels and leaders of the local Home Affairs sector at provincial and district levels.

Regarding the state governance on religious affairs, the conference report highly praised advisory works, coordination between provincial agencies and guidance for religious organizations made by the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs over the year. Results of religious affairs implemented in 2014 included:

 -Submission to the provincial People’s Committee for approval of the administrative procedures on religion applied at the provincial, district and commune levels; review of the Party’s Resolution 25 of the Central Party Committee (9th plenum) on religious affairs under the schedule of the provincial Party Committee; organization of conferences on religious affairs for the Secretary and Chairman of the People’s Committee in communes having large number of religious residents.

- Provision of guidance to the provincial Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Executive Committee for organizing Vesak 2014 – B.E 2558, celebrating the Parents Festival and holding a conference on the Decree 92 / ND-CP of the Government,…

- Organization of 3 training courses on religious affairs for 406 officials in the province.
