The ordainment ceremony was presided by Cardinal Archbishop of Hanoi archdiocese Peter Nguyễn Văn Nhơn and Auxiliary Bishop Lawrence Chu Văn Minh of Ha Noi Archdiocese, and joint by large numbers of priests and  Catholic followers in the diocese

The ceremony took place in a joyful presence of the diocese’s dignitaries and followers and with blessing of Cardinal Nguyễn Văn Nhơn.
