Priest of sacred heart congregation in Hue presents supports to people with vision impairment and ethnic minorities ahead Lunar New Year 2022

Priest Joseph Phan Tấn Hồ from the Congregation of the Sacred Heart has visited and presented sets of support supplies to people with blindness and Van Kieu ethnic minorities in districts of Quang Tri province, ahead of Lunar New Year 2022.

Presenting sets of supports to people in Dakrong district’s Taleng and Danang villages
During the visits, Priest Joseph Phan Tấn Hồ have presented 100 sets of rice, noodles, candy, clothes to people with blindness in Huong Hoa district, 123 sets of similar suppies to Catholics and non-Catholic people in Taleng and Danang villages of Dakrong district, and 200 sets of support supplies to people with vision impairment in the province’s Hai Lang district. In addition, other 400 sets of candy and toys have also been presented to children in the localities.

On the occasion, Priest Joseph Phan Tấn Hồ has handed over 1,446 sets of supports to people with blindness in Thua Thien Hue province’s districts of Phong Dien, Huong Tra, Quang Dien, Phu Loc, Huong Thuy, Phu Vang and Hue city, and 110 gift packs to children with cerebral palsy in Quang Dien district.
As reported, a total of 21 tons of rice, 2,100 noodles boxes and quintals of candy and clothes have been presented during the charity programs.
