The Central Youth Union and the Hanoi Youth Union in collaboration with My Duc District People's Committee in Ha Noi and sponsors held on December 20 a launching ceremony of the program "Rice-flower tree road in Yen Stream of Huong Pagoda relic site".
According to the program, about 1,200 to 1,500 rice-flower trees would be planted in the area of Yen Stream of Huong Pagoda relic site located in My Duc district.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Central Youth Union Ngô Văn Cương informed that the tree planting program was a response to the initiative of Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc on planting one billion new trees in the country during the 2021-2025 period.
