On April 2, Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, President of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church’s Executive Committee attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of My Hai Caodai parish’s oratory in Ninh Thuan province’s Phan Rang – Thap Cham city.
Attending the event included Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Đỗ Hải Nam, local authorities’ representatives and about 600 followers inside and outside the province.
It’s reported that My Hai parish in Phan Rang city was established in 2013 and its oratory will be built according to a design model of the Church.
