Attending the conference included members of the Council, local authorities’ representatives, and nearly 100 delegates in the locality.

According to a conference report, during the year, dignitaries and followers of the Bani Islamic Community have well implemented the Party’s guidelines, the State’s laws and religious Charter, upheld unity and actively participated in local movements. Religious activities have been conducted normally and on a regular basic, costly and out of date rites have been reduced, contributing to promote fine traditions and national cultural identities.

As approved at the meeting conference, the Council’s working program for 2016 would included the organization of the Council’s third General Congress, and promotion of cultural lifestyles and practical contributions to the rural development in the localities.

During the conference, certificates of merit have been presented to collectives and individuals for their outstanding contributions to the Council’s achievements in 2015.
