Missionary Trương Thanh Bình was formally appointed as Superintendent of Cam Duong Protestant Church under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) in Dong Nai province at a ceremony held on May 16.
The event saw the participation of Pastor Member of the Executive Committee of the ECVN (South) Nguyễn Tờn, Pastor Head of the ECVN’s Representative Committee in the province Nhu Soil, local authorities’ representatives, and large number of followers in the locality.
During the ceremony, Pastor Nguyễn Tờn performed appointment rites and initiated prayers for Superintendent Trương Thanh Bình.

Earlier, on May 11, a ceremony also was held to formally appoint Commissioned Pastor Châu Văn An as Superintendent of Cua Viet Protestant Church in Quang Tri province with the participation of 150 Protestant followers.
