The Representative Committee of the Correction-Path Caodai Church in Tien Giang province for the 2017-2022 tenure formally made its debut at a ceremony held on March 21 in Go Cong district.
Attending the ceremony were Cardinal General Secretary of the Caodai Church’s Standing Committee Huỳnh Bửu Lâm, Bishop Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Church in Tien Giang province Ngọc Năng Thanh, the management board of 11 Caodai communities, and 70 followers in the locality.
Local guests at the event included Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê and representatives from local authorities.
The new Representative Committee of Correction-Path Caodai Church consisted of six members with Bishop Ngọc Năng Thanh reelected as the Committee Chairman.
