Tra Vong Caodai parish under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Tay Ninh province’s Tan Binh district held on June 2 a ceremony for inaugurating its new oratory.
Caodai oratory in Tan Binh district
Present at the ceremony included Cardinal President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church Thượng Tám Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Committee for Religious – Ethnic Affairs in Tay Ninh province Nguyễn Vĩnh Thế and about 800 Caodai followers from Tra Vong and neighboring parishes.
Tra Vong Caodai parish was established in 2012 and the parish has got the approval from local authorities for building its oratory in 2017.
The construction of the parish’s oratory has been completed after four years with the total investment of over 5.5 billion VND.

Delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate new church
The event saw the presence of Pastor President of the ECVN (South) Thái Phước Trường; Pastor Trần Đình, Head of the ECVN’s Representative Committee in Quang Nam; Pastor Head of An Tan chapter Đỗ Văn Trường; representatives from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and about 500 Protestants from An Tan and neighboring chapters.

The construction of An Tan evangelical church, including a main worshipping church, a Christian education centre, gate, fence, yard and garage, etc, was started in 2017 with the total investment of over 10 billion VND.
