Hoa Phu Evangelical chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) in Hoa Phu ward, Binh Duong province’s Thu Dau Mot city held on December 10 a ceremony to inaugurate its new church and formally announce its chapter.
The event saw the presence of Pastor President of the ECVN (South) Thái Phước Trường, Pastor Commissioner of the ECVN (South) in charge of pastoral affairs in Binh Duong Ngyễn Tờn, Pastor Head of Hoa Phu chapter, pastors of the ECVN representative committee in Binh Duong Trần Văn Hiền and members of the chapter.
Guests at the event included representatives from the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs.
As reported at the event, Hoa Phu evangelical chapter was officially recognized by the provincial People’s Committee in August, 2021. The new church of the chapter was built on 499 m2 with the total construction investment of over 5 billion VND
