The Protestant Council of Examination and Ordination of Pastor Region 1 held ceremonies for ordination of pastors in Dak Lak province on Nov. 19 and Dak Nong province on Nov. 20.
Overview of the ceremony
The ordination ceremony for five licensed ministers in Dak Nong province held at Dang Nglung Protestant church was chaired by Pastor Nguyễn Ngọc Thuận, Chairman of the Council of Examination and Ordination of Pastor Region1 and attended by representatives from the local authorities, members of the Council, dignitaries, deacons and over 600 followers.
With an additional of five pastors, Dak Nong province now has 17 pastors in a total of 60 pastors, commissioned pastors and evangelists.
Overview of the ceremony
Meanwhile, the pastoral ordination of pastor for seven licensed ministers in Dak Lak province was organized at Buon Ma Thuat Protestant church and attended by Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự, President of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern), representatives of local authorities, dignitaries, deacons and over 800 followers.
