The ceremony was organized by the representative committee of Caodai Tay Ninh church in Tien Giang province and attended by the Chairman of the committee priest Thái Điều Thanh, Vice Chairman of Tien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê and heads of parishes of the Caodai church in the province’s district of Cai Lay, Cai Be and Cho Gao, and followers from the parish.

Addressing the event, while extending congratulations to Binh Phu Caodai parish, Vice Chairman Trần Văn Khuê pledged to facilitate religious pratices of Binh Phu parish in accordance with the charter and regulations of the Caodai Tay Ninh church.
