The ground-breaking ceremony for construction of the church of Thanh Hai congregation under Dong Trooc vicariate located in Quang Binh province’s Bo Trach district was held on October 21.
The ceremony was presided over by Bishop of Vinh diocese Paul Nguyễn Thái Hợp and attended by local authorities’ representatives, priests and followers from Dong Trooc and neighboring vicariates.
As reported, the church construction was started after local authorities allocating additional land for Thanh Hai congregation to enlarge its worshiping place.
