A ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of Ninh Dien oratory under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church located in Tay Ninh province’s Chau Thanh district was held on May 9.
Attended the ceremony included Cardinal President of the Caodai church's executive committee Thượng Tám Thanh, Chairman of the provincial committee for religious affairs Võ Thành Công and about 1,500 Caodai followers from Tay Ninh and other provinces.

As reported, Ninh Dien Caodai parish has conducted religious practices in a temporary office since its establishment in 2010. The parish’s management board received approval from local authorities for building its oratory according to a model regulated by the Caodai church in late 2017.
