New Caodai oratory inaugurated in Tien Giang province

Kho Hien Trang Caodai Parish under Tay Ninh Caodai Church solemnly inaugurated its new oratory at a ceremony held on May 24 in Tien Giang province’s Tan Phuoc district.

Attending the event included Archbishop Acting President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church Ngọc Thưởng Thanh, and dignitaries and deacons from 29 Caodai parishes in localities. 

Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê and representatives of local authorities also joint the event.

According to Student Priest Head of the Parish’s Management Board Thái Truyền Thanh, the original oratory was built in 1927, and has been upgraded several times. The reconstruction of the parish’s oratory was started in 2011 and completed in 2016 at the total cost of over VND 12 billion, funded by Caodai followers and benefactors across the country.
