Quon Long Caodai parish under the Verity Caodai Church solemnly inaugurated its new oratory at a ceremony held in Tien Giang province’s on March 16.
Attending the ceremony included Cardinal Vice Chairwoman of the Caodai Church’s Executive Council Hương Bốn, Priest Chairman of the Management Board of Quon Long parish Ngọc Tảo Thanh and large numbers of the Church’s dignitaries, deacons from localities.
Local guests at the event included Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê.
According to Priest Ngọc Tảo Thanh, the original oratory of Quon Long Caodai parish was built in 1961 and has been upgraded four times. The reconstruction of Quon Long oratory was started in 2016 on an area of 288m2 with the total cost of over VND 1.5 billion.
