A ceremony was solemnly held on September 5 at My Tho diocese's pastoral centre in Tien Giang province's My Tho city for the new academic year for reserved seminarians and mass of investiture for seminarians of St. Joseph Major Seminary in Hồ Chí Minh City.
The ceremony was presided by Bishop of the diocese Peter Nguyễn Văn Khảm, and attended by 20 priests, eight seminarians, 30 reserved seminarians and a large number of Catholics in the diocese.
During the ceremony, Bishop Peter Nguyễn Văn Khảm conducted religious rituals to hand over cassocks to the seminarians and start the new academic year (2016-2017) of St. Joseph Major Seminary in Hồ Chí Minh City./.
