The annual event will features a series of activities, such as cultural performances of Xoe dance, competitions of traditional sports, street art performances, a photo exhibition and a ethnic food contest, etc.

The opening ceremony for the festival to explore the national scenery terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai consisting of the paragliding performance "Fly on the golden season”, goat fighting, Khen dancing competition and community tourism activities with locals on terraced fields in communes of La Pan Tan, Che Cu Nha and Nam Khat will be organized on September 22.

Additionally, Tram Tau district will organize adventures and spiritual tourism activities on Ta Xua and Ta Chi Nhu mountains.

Especially, during the Thac Ba - Muong Lo - Mu Cang Chai - Sa Pa 2018 tour, visitors will have a chance to visit Tien Nu cave, which just opened in early 2018. The newly-founded natural cave with 1,000 meters long located at the foot of Khau Pha pass will dazzle tourists with many mysterious stories of the Thai people.
