From 2022, some specific mechanics and policies will be applied to Thua Thien Hue province regarding conservation, restoration and promotion of heritage values, contributing to develop Thua Thien Hue into a centrally-run city in the field of culture.
According to Resolution No. 38/2021 dated on November 14, 2021 of the National Assembly, these specific mechanisms and policies would apply in Thua Thien Hue for 2022-2026 period, including six mechanisms with three sub-groups: conservation and restoration of values of relics and heritages; financial management; and land and housing management. There are two important contents relating to conservation and promotion of Hue heritage values namely: entrance fees to the monuments appropriated for restoring relics and establishment of a Hue Heritage Conservation Fund.
Therefore, the specific mechanisms for Thua Thien Hue will significantly contribute to the preservation and protection of tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
