From November 14 to 16, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) held a training course for implementing the Government’s Decree on the autonomous mechanism of public service enterprises to its officials in Vinh Phuc province’s Tam Dao town.
Attending the opening ceremony of the course included Deputy Director of the MOHA’s Department of Organization and Personnel Trương Thị Liên, Deputy Director of the MOHA’s Department of Planning and Finance Tạ Thị Mão, and over 100 participants working on personnel management, planning – finance and relating units under the MOHA.
During the training course, senior specialist of the Ministry of Finance Nguyễn Thị Hải introduced basic contents of the Decree 16/2015/ND-CP dated on February 14, 2015 by the Government on stipulating autonomous mechanism of public service enterprises and Decision No. 695QD-TTg dated on May 21, 2016 of the Prime Minister on promulgation of the Decree’s implementation plan. She also explained issues related to the implementation of the government decree.
