The Ministry of Home Affairs held on July 13-15 a training course on financial management and construction investment in Ho Chi Minh City.
The event was chaired by Director of the Ministry’s Department of Planning and Finance Đoàn Cường and attended by about 120 officials across the country working on financial affairs under the Ministry.
During the training course, the participating delegates exchanged and discussed practical issues relating to the implementation of new legal documents on financial affairs and construction investment.
