The 2nd Culture and Tourism Week in Ly Son themed “Ly Son - Essence of a heritage” will take place from June 20-26.
The opening ceremony of the event will formally be held on June 22.
The 2nd Culture and Tourism program will feature the first paragliding festival started from June 20 in Thoi Loi mountain, an exhibition entitled “Ly Son – Essence of cultural and geological heritage” held from June 21-25, a tennis tournament and a traditional boat-race competition.
The Culture and Tourism Week 2019 is part of activities celebrating the 30th anniversary of Quang Ngai re-establishment (1989-2019) and aims to introduce images of the land and local people in Ly Son island for investment attraction, contributing to socio-economic development in the island.
