On April 1, 2014 An Bien chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern) (ECVN) held a ceremony to inaugurate its new church
Attending the ceremony were representatives from central and local authorities, pastors from the ECVN Executive Board and over 300 followers. Pastor Thái Phước Tường, the first Vice – President of the Church has presided over the ceremony
An Bien chapter was established on December 21, 2011. On October 24 2012, the Church held a groundbreaking ceremony for construction of a new church on total of area 1,071 m2.
