Ly Son Caodai parish under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Quang Ngai province’s Ly Son island district held on July 7 a ceremony for inaugurating its new oratory.

Present at the event included Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, Head of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church, Deputy Director of the Caodai Affairs Department under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Thị Hương, Chairman of Quang Ngai provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Thái Hợp, and members of Tay Ninh Caodai church’s parishes in the province.
Ly Son Caodai parish was established in 1991 with its original oratory upgraded on an area of 252 m2, which has been deteriorated after 23 years of existence. The new oratory’s construction was started in 2018 on 512 m2, and completed after four years with the total investment of about 12 billion VND.
