Present at the event included Acting Principal Archbishops of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church Ngọc Thưởng Thanh and Hương Đắc, Vice Chairman of the provincial committee for religious affairs Nguyễn Hồng Quân, and a large number of Caodai followers in the parish.

Phu Thuan oratory was first built in 1961 by semi-permanent materials and has been repaired several times. In 2010, the management board of Phu Thuan parish started the reconstruction of its oratory. Up to now, the new oratory has been completed at the construction cost of over 5.3 billion VND and 9,002 working days contributed by Caodai followers and sponsors.
