Huong Tich pagoda located in Thien Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province will officially open its annual festival on February 10.
As reported by the People’s Committee in Can Loc district, the annual festival 2019 will take place from the 6th day of the first lunar month to the third lunar month.
The festival will feature cultural activities such as performances of country music and songs, and folk games such as wrestling, blind man’s buff, etc, with the aim to preserve and celebrate cultural and spiritual values.
Huong Tich pagoda located on the highest peak of Hong Linh mountain. It was built in the 13th century.
The pagoda was recognized as the national historical and cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism 1990.
