The ceremony were led by Archbishop Xavier Lê Văn Hồng, former Archbishop of Hue, and attended by clergymen making professional vows and large numbers of dignitaries, relatives of the clergymen and Catholic followers in localities.

During the ceremony, Archbishop Xavier Lê Văn Hồng and Superior General of the congregation Peter Nguyễn Đức Huyền performed rituals for 15 new votarists making their first professional vows, and nine votarists making their perpetual vows for joining and devoting themselves to the congregation and the religious cause.
