During Lunar New Year (Tet) 2022, Hoang Phuc pagoda located in Mỹ Thuy commune of Quang Binh province’s Le Thuy district has received over 12,000 locals and visitors.

Due to the Covid-19 epidemic situation in the province, the pagoda has canceled its annual festive activities, and opened only for visitors in the country to come for making incense offering, prayers and sightseeing in the beginning of the year, with a strict implementation of measures for the epidemic prevention.
Hoang Phuc pagoda is a national historical relic site with over 700 years old and is one of the oldest pagodas in the Central region.
