Ho Chi Minh city Archdiocese holds exhibition of ancient Catholic worshipping items

The Cultural Affairs Committee of Ho Chi Minh city archdiocese held an exhibition “Ancient Catholic worshipping items” on August 1.

The collection of more than 200 artifacts used in Catholic rituals at the traditional house in HCM archdiocese, No. 6 Ton Duc Thang street, HCMC belongs to priest Nguyễn Hữu Triết.

According to priest Nguyễn Hữu Triết, he has collected this Catholic items in many trips throughout Vietnam as well as abroad for nearly 20 years. Conservation of the Catholic culture and national culture is the message of this exhibition, he added.

The exhibition will be open on every weekend till July 1, 2016.
