On November 4th, 2014, Hanoi Public Security Department Colonel Nguyễn Đức Chung received and exchanged with the delegation from Hanoi International Fellowship (HIF) led by pastor Jacob Bloemberg, Head of the HIF.
At the reception, pastor Jacob Bloemberg thanked Hanoi Public Security Department for its warm welcome and expressed their impression on social security and development in Hanoi.

Speaking at the reception, Colonel Nguyễn Dức Chung Director said that he was glad to see the development of the Protestant foreigner community in Hanoi, thus creating a gathering place for Protestants coming from different countries. He also confirmed that functioning bodies of Hanoi consistently carry out the Party and State’s guidelines and policies for respect and guarantee of the right freedom of belief and religion.
